About COM-CP®

The Certified Operations Manager for Construction Projects (COM-CP) program is designed to develop professionals who can plan, coordinate, control, and optimize construction operations across multiple projects or a single large project.

The certification focuses on execution excellence, bridging the gap between project management, site operations, contracts, cost, schedule, resources, and stakeholders.
