TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing CMTI to enrich your knowledge and enhance your career. We are committed to providing you with the best learning experience possible. To ensure a collaborative and amicable learning environment, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions outlined for the delivery of our courses.   • Attendance Requirement:
    • Students are required to attain a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for the course completion certificate.
    • Re-enrollment Option: Students failing to meet the attendance requirement have the option to re-enroll in the course within a 12-month period, subject to slot availability and batch allocation./li>
  • Course Completion Certificate:
    • Students must achieve a minimum score of 70% in an internal assessment test to qualify for the course completion certificate.
    • Certificate Issuance Timeframe: Upon satisfactory completion of the course, certificates will be issued within 7 business days.
    • Courier Services and Charges: Courier services for certificate delivery are available upon request, with associated charges borne by the student.
    • Retention and Reprint Policy: Unclaimed certificates will be retained for up to 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, a 10% course fee will apply for requests to reprint lost or unclaimed certificates
    • Completion of Personal Information: Students must ensure all required personal information is provided accurately to receive their certificates.
    • KHDA Certificate Charges: Students are required to pay the KHDA certificate charges separately; these fees are not included in the course fee.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Course Rescheduling or Cancellation: CMTI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to practicality concerns, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature. In such cases, no refund of the course fees will be provided.
    • Refund for Unsatisfactory Training: Participants may request a 100% refund if they are unsatisfied with the trainer or resources provided. This request must be made within 3 hours of the training session, and at least 80% of the participants must agree.
    • Non-Refundable Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable if a student cancels enrollment several days before & after the training begins.
    • Refunds for Corporate Payments: Refunds for payments made by companies will be issued to the company and not to individuals.
    • Withdrawal and Discontinuation of Services: If a student is unsatisfied with the services provided, they must immediately leave any communication groups (such as WhatsApp, email, or social media) and notify the management of their decision to discontinue participation.
    • Refund Policy after Receiving Course Materials: If a student withdraws from the course after receiving the course materials, whether in soft copy or hard copy, 50% of the course fee plus a registration fee of AED 500 will not be refunded.
    • Refunds for Payments through Easy Payment Plans: Payments made through tabby or any other easy payment plan will be refunded after the payment plan period if the refund is approved.
  • Training Delivery
    • Trainer, Course Content, and Deliverables Changes: CMTI reserves the right to change trainers, alter course content, or modify deliverables without prior notice to comply with evolving requirements or enhance the quality of the course.
    • Exclusion of Lunch: Lunch is not included in the course fee and will be the responsibility of the participants.
    • No Training Recording Provided: Participants are informed that training recordings will not be provided after the training is over
  • Feedback
    • Any complaints, issues, or problems should be communicated to krish@chicagomti.com. If the issues are not resolved satisfactorily, the student has the right to pursue their own actions, including posting feedback on social media platforms. However, students should refrain from using our representatives' names, as they represent the company. If feedback is found to be inaccurate or personally motivated, CMTI reserves the right to take legal action.
  • Non Starter:
    • We kindly inform you that refunds will not be issued for individuals who have not commenced training. However, they are welcome to reschedule and attend within one year from the original course date. After this one-year period, rescheduling and refunds will not be available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Training Materials:
    • Ownership of Training Materials and Intellectual Property: All training materials and intellectual property provided during the course belong to CMTI.
    • Permissible Use by Students: Students are permitted to use the training materials and intellectual property solely for course-related purposes and personal use.
    • Commitment to Provide Course Materials: Course materials and training aids committed to before enrollment will be provided as promised.
    • Additional Materials and Extra Charges: Additional materials may be provided at CMTI's discretion, with possible extra charges incurred by the students.
