ABOUT:

The SAFe^® Scrum Master (SSM^®) Certification Training equips professionals with the skills to drive innovation and efficiency as a Scrum Master. This course prepares participants to serve as change agents in Agile transformations, gain expertise in the broader enterprise context, and enhance customer satisfaction.

CERTIFICATION BODY:

The certification is awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc., the organization behind the SAFe^® framework.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

Understand the principles of Scrum within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe^®).
Learn to plan and execute Program Increment (PI) effectively.
Master agile development practices at scale.
Develop skills for iteration planning and execution.
Build and lead high-performing agile teams.
Facilitate Scrum events and support DevOps implementation.
Coach agile teams using effective techniques and strategies.
Resolve team conflicts and collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals.

EXAM INFORMATION:

Includes 16 hours of live instructor-led sessions.
The course fee covers the SAFe^®Scrum Master (SSM) exam cost.
Exam success is supported with comprehensive exam resources.

RECERTIFICATION:

Sign up for an additional Scaled Agile certification course, such as the SAFe^® PO-PM (Product Owner/Product Manager). Successfully completing this course will automatically renew your current SAFe^® Scrum Master certification and prolong your SAFe^® Foundational Membership for one more year.

Requirements

Possession of an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma.
Basic understanding of Agile concepts and principles, and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP).
Prior experience in a Lean-Agile environment is recommended.
