RE CERTIFICATION:
The ITIL Foundation certification does not have an expiration date. Once you have earned this entry-level certification, it is considered a lifelong qualification, and there is no requirement for re certification.

Requirements
- Educational background: possess either an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma.
- Certification eligibility:
- A. Hold an ITIL expert (v3) certificate.
- B. Have a minimum of 17 credits from the foundation and intermediate/practitioner/manager modules from previous versions.
- C. Possess an itil 4 foundation certification along with 15 credits from the itil v3 system.
- Alternatively: candidates who have passed (or are prepared to take) the managing across the lifecycle (malc) exam are eligible to complete the transition module to obtain their itil 4 certification.
