EXAM INFORMATION:
- Duration: The exam duration is 2 hours and 15 minutes, inclusive of 30 minutes administration time.
- Length: Consists of 100 scored questions, primarily multiple-choice, along with 25 pretest questions.
- Administration: Conducted as a computer-based exam at Pearson VUE testing centers or remotely at your convenience using On VUE.
- Accessibility: Flexibility to take the exam either at a Pearson VUE testing center or from the comfort of your home or office through On VUE online proctoring.
- Scoring: Achieve a passing score to earn the GPHR® certification, validating your expertise in multinational HR responsibilities and global HR management competencies.
RE CERTIFICATION:
- Validity Period: GPHR® certification remains valid for three years from the date of testing.
- Recertification Requirement: To maintain your GPHR® credential, you must accrue 45 HR and 15 Global recertification credits, totaling 60 credits, within the three-year period.
- Options for Re certification: Obtain re certification credits by participating in eligible HR and Global activities, seminars, or courses.

Requirements
- Education and Experience Requirements:
Hold a Master’s degree or higher and possess a minimum of two years of experience in a professional-level HR position.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in a professional-level HR position.
Alternatively, have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position. - Professional-Level HR Position: Experience should be in a role that involves significant HR responsibilities at a managerial or executive level.
- Demonstrated Competence: Meeting these criteria ensures that candidates possess the requisite education and experience to excel in the GPHR certification, validating their expertise in global HR management.
