- 1.1Organizational Goals: Learn how Six Sigma aligns with business objectives like SMART goals, key metrics, and KPIs.
- 1.2Lean Concepts: Explore lean methodologies like value stream mapping, JIT, and reducing waste.
- 1.3Design for Six Sigma (DfSS): Differentiate DMADV and IDOV methodologies, FMEA, and their roles in product/process improvement.

Requirements
