- Overview: Six Sigma & the Organization4
- 1.1Six Sigma Principles: Understand why organizations use Six Sigma and its evolution from quality leaders (Juran, Deming, etc.).
- 1.2Organizational Goals: Learn how Six Sigma aligns with business objectives like SMART goals, key metrics, and KPIs.
- 1.3Lean Concepts: Explore lean methodologies like value stream mapping, JIT, and reducing waste.
- 1.4Design for Six Sigma (DfSS): Differentiate DMADV and IDOV methodologies, FMEA, and their roles in product/process improvement.
- Define Phase3
- 2.1Project Identification: Understand project selection, process inputs/outputs, stakeholders, and SIPOC.
- 2.2Voice of the Customer (VoC): Collect and interpret customer feedback using tools like QFD, CTQ, and Kano model.

Requirements
- Prerequisites: Prior knowledge or experience with Six Sigma is advantageous. Completion of a relevant training program is recommended.
