Requirements
- Project Involvement: Engage in three projects involving the commissioning process to demonstrate practical experience and understanding.
- Professional License: Possess a government-issued or recognized license as a professional engineer, architect, or building contractor, with a minimum of three years of experience in facilities operations/management, construction, design, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution, coupled with a minimum of six years of experience in facilities operations/management, construction, design, or consulting.
- Associate’s Degree or Technical Diploma: Obtain an Associate’s degree or technical diploma in building design, construction management, facility operations, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in facilities operations/management, construction, design, or consulting.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Complete construction-related trades training or building operations training from a nationally or internationally recognized trade association, with a minimum of ten years of experience in facilities operations/management, construction, design, or consulting.
