In the early 2000s, the IT revolution sparked the rise of numerous startups and the rapid growth of organizations worldwide. This era of innovation created a wealth of new roles and opportunities as countries opened their borders, transforming workforces into globally accepted talent pools. However, this dynamic shift exposed a significant gap: the lack of standardized best practices to plan, manage, evaluate, and control management functions effectively.
Recognizing this gap, professional associations began unifying best practices globally, creating a comprehensive Body of Knowledge (BoK). This framework allowed individuals to gain training, validate their education, and demonstrate their experience and expertise.
Amid this backdrop, a visionary young management professional identified the critical need for a training institution that would provide management certification programs—something entirely new to the region. With this vision, Chicago Management Training Institute (CMTI) was founded.

CMTI specializes in comprehensive exam preparation training for certification programs. Our exclusive “EASY Pass” training focuses solely on exam readiness, equipping participants with strategies to tackle exam questions effectively. Led by expert trainers, this intensive training involves understanding keywords, answering techniques, elimination strategies, and identifying the right answers. With a minimum of 2500 questions covered, our program is designed to prepare students for success in their certification exams.
CMTI’s assessment varies for certificate and certification programs.
- For certificates, a 3-hour assessment on the last day ensures a minimum 80% for course completion certification.
- For certifications, a rigorous process includes 40 hours training, 90 hours of Easy Pass sessions, 10 simulation exams, and a final exam with expert guidance to address candidate challenges and bridge gaps before the international exam.
