TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- 1.1 Attendance Requirement
- Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to qualify for the course completion certificate.
- Students failing to meet the attendance requirement have the option to re-attend the course within a 12-month period, subject to slot / batch availability and batch allocation.
- 1.2 Course Completion Certificate:
- Certificate name will be as per the enrollment form.
- Students must achieve a minimum score of 70% in an internal assessment test to qualify for the course completion certificate.
- Upon satisfactory completion of the course, certificates will be issued within 7 business days.
- Courier services for certificate delivery are available upon request, with associated charges borne by the student.
- Unclaimed certificates will be retained for up to 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, a 10% course fee will apply for requests to reprint lost or unclaimed certificates.
- Students must ensure all required personal information is provided accurately to receive their certificates.
- Students are required to pay the KHDA certificate charges separately; these fees are not included in the course fee.
- 1.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Course Rescheduling or Cancellation: CMTI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to practicality concerns, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances such as acts of nature. In such cases, no refund of the course fees will be provided.
- Participants may request a 100% refund if they are unsatisfied with the trainer or resources provided. This request must be made within 3 hours of the training session
- If the student withdraws from the training session after 10 hrs. of the training, no refunds will be applicable .
- The registration fee is non-refundable if a student cancels enrollment before & after the training begins. 10% of the course will be treated as registration fee.
- Refunds for payments made by companies will be issued to the company and not to individuals.
- If a student is unsatisfied with the services provided, they must immediately leave any communication groups (such as WhatsApp, email, or social media) and notify the management of their decision to discontinue participation through email.
- If a student withdraws from the course after receiving the course materials, whether in soft copy or hard copy, 50% of the course fee plus a registration fee of AED 500 will not be refunded.
- Payments made through tabby or any other easy payment plan will be refunded after the payment plan period if the refund is approved. Services charges of credit card or easy payments will be deducted.
- 1.4 Training Delivery
- CMTI reserves the right to change trainers, alter course content, or modify deliverables without prior notice to comply with evolving requirements or enhance the quality of the course.
- Recorded training is not included in the service.
- Training slides and training materials will be included; reference materials are not included.
- 1.5Non Starter
- No refunds for individuals who have not commenced training. However, they are welcome to reschedule and attend within one year from the original course date. After this one-year period, rescheduling and refunds will not be available.
- 1.6 Course Fee & Examination Fee
- Course Fee Validity:
1. If a candidate has paid the course fee but has not started the course, the fee remains valid for six months from the date of payment. 2. After six months, the candidate must pay the full course fee again to enroll. - Examination & Membership Fee Validity :
1. The examination and membership fee are valid for one year from the date of payment. 2. No refunds will be provided for the examination or membership fee under any circumstances. - Fee Changes & Adjustments:
If there are any changes to the examination or membership fee within the validity period, these changes will apply to candidates who have already paid. - Multiple Course Enrollment :
If a student has paid for two courses at a discounted fee (whether fully or partially), no refund will be provided if the student decides not to continue with the second course.
- Course Fee Validity:
- 1.7 Training Materials:
- All training materials and intellectual property provided during the course belong to CMTI.
- Students are permitted to use the training materials and intellectual property solely for course related purposes and personal use.
- Additional materials may be provided at CMTI's discretion, with possible extra charges incurred by the students.
- 1.8 Complaints and Suggestions
- We always believe in resolving any issues or complaints through a face-to-face discussion, as we are committed to providing quality service to our valued participants.
