Those holding the CCP^® designation showcase advanced proficiency in strategically implementing these principles across the entire spectrum of organizational projects or programs, from planning to execution and management.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE :

A clear understanding of Cost Engineering and the best practices of Total Cost Management from the Process Groups – Planning, Execution & Control of Costs on Project & Program.
To gauge the participant’s current level of understanding of the Project Cost & Cost Management.
To equip the Participants with the necessary exam preparation.
To effectively and efficiently handle projects.
To understand the contributions, the Project Managers on the Cost Planning during the life of a project.
To enhance and increase avenues in the field of Project Management.

Requirements

Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years of industry-related experience, or a combination of 4 years of industry-related experience along with a 4-year industry-related college degree.
Technical Paper: Submission of a technical paper with a minimum word count of 2,500, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in cost management practices.
Ethical Standards: Adherence to AACE International's Canons of Ethics, reflecting integrity and ethical conduct in professional practice.
