EXAM INFORMATION:
- Multiple-choice questions
- Candidates have to answer 170 questions in all
- 20 of the 170 are considered to be pre-test questions
- The pre-test questions do not impact final scores
- 150 questions are scored, in all
- RMP® follows computer-based testing
- A paper-based testing option is available for select cases
- Candidates get a total of three and a half hours to complete the questions

Requirements
- Education: Secondary diploma (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent) Experience: At least 36 months spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last 5 consecutive years Training: 40 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project risk management.
- Education: Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent) Experience: At least 24 months spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last five consecutive years. Training: 30 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project risk management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate degree from a GAC accredited program (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or Global equivalent) Experience: At least 12 months spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last five consecutive years Training: 30 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project risk management.
